Smana Hotel Al Raffa - Dubai

I enjoyed the rooftop pool heaps, but the cleanliness could've been better-cockroaches, yuck! The staff were really friendly too.

Perfect great budget hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Decent and easy location a couple of blocks away from New Gold souq. Also - just next door to a taxi or train.

Loud noise from the pub made sleeping difficult.

The staff were right lovely, proper friendly and gave us great help. Rooms spacious and tidy, but a bit of a walk to hotspots. If ya ain't got wheels, be ready for a trek. All in all, good for a comfy stay!

the room was brand-new and impressive, with gates. lots of food items served for tasty breakfast.

Everything was very comfortable, nothing too much trouble, I can't recommend highly enough it. Its location was convenient, just off a super market, 3 to 4 Discos / Pubs and the shopping centers...

Clean Standard King Room, good rooftop pool. Loud nightclub next door disturbed my sleep.

Everything about that place was beautiful. Welcome of the staff, WIFI, value for money, cleanliness of the place, facilities, comfort. Everything was excellent. hats off to you and congratulations. I would have liked you to put a tooltip to accompany your emoticons because not everyone understands their meaning. I checked off the last extra thinking it meant joy and magnificence. Maybe I'm wrong? Anyway, I wanted to give it the highest possible grade.

Since human work is never perfect - perfection belongs only to the Almighty God alone - keep up this pace and do not falter in your efforts to always do good and better. I thank you a thousand times and I will do my best to drain my knowledge towards you because your hotel is beautiful and does not cost so much.

We didn't appreciate the cleanliness was average for the hotel... The swimming pool was in the middle of a work in progress and we didn't take advantage of the pool at all.

The noise from the nightclub next door was relentless. A layer of dirt floated on the surface of the pool, and the gym left much to be desired in terms of equipment and cleanliness. Breakfast was a mad rush with staff eager to clean tables way before the time was up, giving a vibe of being in a hurry. Plus, the air conditioning in my room was finicky, only operating at the set temperature, which wasn't ideal for a restful night.

There's a nightclub in the hotel but we were not warned, we found ourselves just above the nightclub and it was extremely noisy. The food at breakfast is not very good. A cigarette smell when you are on the 1st floor with the entrance of the nightclub, which even reaches the rooms.

It was a vacation base for our real good stay. The staff was well-trained and gentle, good services. We had a brand-new room on higher floors and everything was superb. Easy location, near toa metro station.

The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic spot for family fun, and the kids loved splashing around while we relaxed. We also appreciated having a tour desk that helped us plan visits to local attractions like the Burj Al Arab. Our baby was comfortable.

In my wife's opinion, the food options could be improved for families with children.

Room next to the elevator so the bell rings incessantly all night long, bathroom to be redone because of mould on the ceilings and walls and leaking shower. Away from everything.
